- Received a Section 129 notice from a credit provider.
- Does not qualify for debt mediation or consolidation.

- Debt Mediation is used for ALL NON-SECURE DEBT.
- The client remains CREDITWORTHY.
- The client's affordability INCREASES.
- Reduce the client's monthly instalments by up to 50%.
- Debt Mediation is INFORMAL (does not require a court order).

in a better financial position. Once their debt is paid they can apply to be removed from the debt review program.
